What belongs here
- Asking for help when you’re stuck (use the Help categories)
- Sharing something you shipped or a rank you hit (Showcase)
- Ideas for the product, bug reports, general discussion
- Meeting other people doing the same work
What doesn’t belong here
- Full solutions for live Career or Assess tasks, that breaks it for everyone. Read the spoiler policy.
- Billing, login, or account problems, these need private account details we can’t safely handle on a public forum. Use Support inside the app instead. It’s faster.
If you’re new
- Skim the guidelines (short, promise)
- Drop a hello in Introduce yourself if you want
- When you are stuck, post in the right Help category with what you tried, the more specific, the faster you’ll get an answer

Being a good community member
If you notice someone’s first post, say hi, it goes a long way. If someone answers your question well, mark it as the solution so others hitting the same problem can find it fast. And if a post is missing context (no error message, no screenshot), just ask, most people are happy to add it.
