Sandbox won’t start / stuck on “Connecting…”
Hard-refresh. Try a different browser. Disable aggressive ad blockers for *.praxicraft.com. If it still won’t connect, post in Bugs & platform with a screenshot.
Submission stuck on “evaluating”
Sandboxes queue under load sometimes. Give it a few minutes and refresh. If it’s been a long time, post in Bugs with the case name and roughly when you submitted.
Airflow UI shows import errors but my DAG looks fine
Save the file in the IDE first. Reopen the Airflow UI and wait for it to pick up changes. Make sure you’re using the right paths (AIRFLOW_DATA_DIR / project/data). If it’s still broken, post the exact error in Help — Airflow.
Terminal is blank or says “Connecting to terminal…”
Refresh. If it keeps happening (especially on admin preview), post in Bugs with the time and which host you’re on.
Can’t log in / need a refund

Not the full thing, no — the case is still live for others. Post in Showcase about what you learned or the approach you took. Keep the actual answer out of it.
